Under the name of "The Pettoo's Shop" they opened their business, which is not much like a real tattoo shop. The company offers places to sleep for your pets, and can also come to tattoo on location, for the bigger pets. For reptiles, spray-paint jobs are available but not all animals are possible, the websites mentions fish as an example.

The three friends claim to have tattooed quite a few pets for their friends and family, which are all said to be satisfied customers.

It is not surprising that this is possible in the Netherlands, as things like prostitution and marijuana are known to have been freely available already for many years. Also is it possible to buy a bike from a drug addict for a few bucks in Amsterdam.

The company apparently decided to start small, with a lycos hosted website and a free .tk domain name, instead of commercial websites with professional email adresses.
